Steps of Expertise Creation
Each appraisal case is different and therefore has to be individually discussed, designed, and processed in its approach. Generally, the processing takes place in the following steps:

- Detailed agreement in the expert contract on procedures, obligations, content of contributions, expert fees (JVEG)
- Fact-finding, e.g., in the form of on-site inspections, laboratory examinations, etc.
